Raise your hand if you’ve ever tried to follow all the health & fitness advice at once… 🙋♀️

Yep, me too. It feels like every day there’s a new “must-try” health trend. Keto! No, Paleo. Extreme macro counting! Go plant-based! Nope, just intuitively eat!

It’s exhausting. And let’s be real: It usually leads to more stress, not less.

So here’s a little secret I’ve learned after years of trial and error:

1) You have to find a plan that works for YOU.

2) The simpler, the better.

👉 Because when you keep things SIMPLE, you make it so much easier to be consistent.

So instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, focus on a few impactful habits that actually fit into your life. Here’s what this looks like for me:

  • Instead of a complicated meal plan, I stick to 5 meals I know are healthy and delicious.
  • I make sure I get in at least 20 minutes of strength training three times a week instead of stressing about long gym sessions — no matter what.

Simple? Yes.

Boring? Maybe.

Effective? Absolutely.

And you know what? The results are way more sustainable.

Here’s your challenge for this week: Take a look at your wellness routine and pick one thing to simplify. Maybe it’s meal planning, workouts, or even your morning routine.
