This total body strength & conditioning class burns the fat and builds the muscle. High impact super circuit format where you have 12 stations and perform 3 sets of 30 seconds at each station. The Trainer controls the clock so rest time is minimal and your heart rate stays high. Strength training exercises are combined with cardio so you get the best of both worlds.
