- What is Team Training?
Team Training is Well-Fit’s Small Group Training Program. You get the accountability, motivation and expertise of a Trainer and the camaraderie of training with fellow members!

- Can I do it?
Yes…if you are relatively injury free and you can exercise for 45 minutes. Sessions are designed to be challenging for the advanced but achievable for beginners because each exercise station can be modified. We also customize the workouts according to the members taking the class. You can also stop and rest or get a drink whenever you need to.
- How are the sessions structured? What is a typical workout like?
We start with a dynamic warm-up & stretching routine, then the Trainer reviews the workout, demonstrates each exercise, assigns you a station and starts the workout. The workouts usually follow a timed, super circuit format where you will have 10-20 stations around the room. You will perform 1-3 sets for 30-40 seconds and then rotate to the next station. Everyone starts and stops together on the timer. Most sessions end with abs, core work and stretching. Yes it is HIIT Training – High Intensity Interval Training which produces great results!
- What are the benefits?
Results, Results, Results… You get the best of both worlds – cardio & strength training so you can lose fat, increase muscle tone and really improve your conditioning. We’ve had many success stories of members losing between 10lbs-36lbs in an 8 week cycle. Accountability – you have a scheduled session that you paid for so you make your workouts. Plus, you have a Trainer as well as your Teammates keeping you accountable and motivated. Education – you will learn many new exercises from Olympic lifts to CrossFit & Boot camp exercises to athletic & sports performance movements. Variety – Every workout is different so you will never get bored. Camaraderie – probably the biggest benefit. You work harder than you would on your own and you develop friendships with your teammates. Cost – much cheaper than one on one personal training.
